This kind of equipment is widely used in high-altitude operations such as industrial and mining workshops, high halls, warehouses, stations, squares, etc. The whole machine consists of a platform, telescopic cylinder, single or double ladder anti-rotation mechanism, chassis fuel tank, outriggers, running wheels, etc. The platform is directly lifted by a telescopic cylinder. When the motor is started, the motor drives the gear pump to supply oil. The oil is input to the cylinder through the one-way valve and the electromagnetic channel, and the telescopic cylinder rises section by section. When the platform rises to the maximum height, the system pressure also decreases. The rated working pressure is reached. At this time, the oil overflow valve is unloaded and the oil pressure is maintained at a constant working pressure. After shutdown, the one-way valve maintains pressure and the platform stays at the maximum working position. The platform can be adjusted according to the working height on site. Stay anywhere below the maximum height. When the platform descends, the oil is forced into the tank through the solenoid valve reversing valve by its own weight. When the solenoid valve reversing valve is turned on, the telescopic cylinder will descend section by section. The solenoid reversing valve can also be cut off by a person during the descending process to stop the descent.
